HOA Maintenance Fee due by Jan 1, 2012

Howdy all.  Just a quick reminder to all of our residents that the HOA Maintence Fee of $572.00 is due by January 1, 2012.  To pay online, please have your payment coupon and visit https://www.newfirst.com/pcmi-us/.  You may pay by credit card (for a $20 convenience fee) or by e-check (free!).  Assessments not received by Jan 10, 2012 will be assessed a late fee of $10 and begin accruing interest.  If you are unable to make your payment on-time, please send a message to PCMI by clicking on the Contact Us link.
