2012 Spring Festival Chair Needed ASAP!

We are looking for a bright, energetic person to chair the 2012 Spring Festival! All of the information needed to quickly coordinate the event is available in electronic format, and can be transferred via e-mail easily. Just a friendly reminder that there will not be an HOA meeting on Wednesday, December 28th. Meetings will resume in 2012 on January 25th. We hope everyone has a safe, and wonderful holiday break with friends and family!

HOA Maintenance Fee due by Jan 1, 2012

Howdy all. Just a quick reminder to all of our residents that the HOA Maintence Fee of $572.00 is due by January 1, 2012. To pay online, please have your payment coupon and visit https://www.newfirst.com/pcmi-us/. You may pay by credit card (for a $20 convenience fee) or by e-check (free!). Assessments not received by Jan 10, 2012 will be assessed a late fee of $10 and begin accruing interest.
